1. Do hardwork and be really strong in Basics,just understand the things don’t memorize every thing.
2. Practice as many problems as possible (objective type)
3. Start Gate preparation from your 3rd B.E/B.Tech
4. Take coaching if needed to improve your basics (depends on your knowledge on subjects)
5. Daily three to four hour deep study is enough.
6. Be conceptually strong.
7. If you have very short time just focus on the subjects you are Good at.
8. Go through previous year question papers.
